AJAX Alarm System Review: Ajax LeaksProtect Wireless Sensor

You know what this little guy is, don’t you? I mean, Ajax guys are not throwing out the
formula of stating the sensor’s intend in its name, and that’s good. Ajax LeaksProtect is obviously, judging by
the name, will protect you against unexpected water leaks in a leaks-potential places. And it’s brother Ajax FireProtect, of course,
will protect you from a gas and smoke leaks, but we’ll talk about it in next videos. Today is the day of Ajax LeaksProtect and
we’ll tell what is it and test it out splashing some H two O on it. And before we begin, a quick reminder that
you can go to the Pipl Systems Website, order any of all twenty five Ajax Devices, specify
that you are subscriber and get your special offer right away. I’m Daniel, breaking in I’m not gonna stretch this whole thing out,
the device is quite simple. You attach in to the floor in a water leaks-potential
spots, like under a washing machine, dishwasher, bathtub, heating radiators and simiar things
– well, in one word – where you interact with a water, and you need absolutely noone’s help
to install this one. And this is that thing that Ajax Systems makes
an emphasize on. Once a leak happened and these metal contacts
on the downside touched it – you’ll know that first in a form of notification on your phone
within a fifteen miliseconds. That’s a number to transmit a threat signal
that Ajax confirms to have in all of their devices. And you can place this LeakProtect device
as far as thirteen hundreds meters away from a central hub – this is a number for a built-in
Ajax Jeweller radiotechnology signal transmission distance. The built-in battery lifelong parameter here
makes up five years, making us forget about any leaks in a future five years And of course the device is IP sixty five
rated, meaning a moisture and dust protection, which is no surprise for this type of device. Now let’s test this real-life. And
here I got the notification, as fast. The activation scheme is as asimple as possible
– you just go to App Store, Google Play, download the free Ajax App – download, sing up, create
user and then, you will need to activate the Hub. So we got our Hub, you gotta trans, you gotta
connect it to the power source, to the internet, via the cables withing the box, and then activate
it in your app – here I got it activated – I’m sure you can see it. And next you do – you just get this device,
well it woudln’t, it woudln’t be like this, yeah, and just scan the QR-code at device
– and here we are ready. Also the sensor just told me that he is not
detecting a leaks anymore – so it’s protected from this too. And now let’s conclude this whole thing up One – need noone else to install this, just
take it out of the box and install wherever your water comes from. Two – regardless of how often you have a leaks
in home – the device will stand all of them due to IP sixty five protection rate and a
five years lifelong battery bult-in. Three – you’ll know if there’s a leak occuring
in fifteen miliseconds. What else do you need? Go get one or any of all twenty five Ajx Devices
