WHEN WE HAVE BIG EVENTS, CONCERTS, WE AS LAW ENFORCEMENT KIND OF WATCH THEM TO SEE IF WE NEED TO MOVE MANPOWER IN THE AREA TO HELP TRAFFIC FLOW AND SAFETY.
