Stop your kids from opening the door,
at the turn of a key. How to use your child locks. With child locks on, your kids can’t open
the doors from the inside… …but you can open them from the outside. First, choose the rear door
you want to lock. Look for the white keyhole. Insert your car key and make
a quarter turn. To disengage the lock… …simply turn the key in the other
direction. Your vehicle may have electric, remote
child-proof locks. If so, you can lock rear doors
and windows at the press of a button. Excellent. You can now make locking
a rear door look like child’s play. You can only open the doors by using the
external door handle. Any questions? Check your Owner’s
Manual, or contact your Ford Dealer.
They’ll be happy to help.
