Ring founder says he’s open to working with Google Assistant

Q: What are some of the areas that you’re
interested in, maybe expanding into, looking at or you think are potential growth. I think we’re going to see over the next few
years a lot of growth in the connecting of other products. So at Ring you’re going to see us connecting
with a lot of other third-party products where they’ve done a great job of building those
things, like locks. Q: But not Google Assistant? At Ring, and this is an Amazon thing, we’re
very open to working with all platforms so we’re looking at integrating with all the
different types of platforms out there. It’s not just about keeping it internal/ Q: So we might see Google Assistant functionality
at some point in the future? Absolutely. We would like to be integrated with every
platform that’s out there, best choice for the customer, that’s what’s always most important
for Ring as well as Amazon.
